She advises clients on any type of employment related dispute including negotiating exit packages, grievances, disciplinary processes, dismissals and redundancies. She also has experience of advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.

Sukhmani has acted for both executives and employers throughout her career which results in her clients benefiting from her in depth understanding of the legal issues arising from both sides of a dispute.

Sukhmani is particularly interested in bringing and defending all forms of discrimination claims and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunal.
