April Gordon

April is an employment solicitor with extensive experience advising employers and employees on various employment law matters. April joined in 2024, after spending almost a decade practising employment law in London firms.

April’s experience includes all matters from before, during and after the employment relationship begins, including advisory and contentious work. Her expertise includes negotiating settlement agreements, redundancies, terminations and dismissals, drafting and negotiating employment, service and consultancy agreements, drafting and reviewing handbooks and policies, TUPE transfers, and Tribunal claims. She also offers general HR support and advice.

April has been interviewed on BBC Radio and has appeared on BBC News regarding newsworthy employment law matters. She also co-runs an Instagram page, @wp.employment, where she provides general updates on employment law.
