Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution both in the Civil Courts and in the Employment Tribunal. She advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Sarah has brought claims on behalf of employees in the Employment Tribunal including for unfair dismissal, discrimination and multi-party TUPE cases and has obtained substantial settlements for her clients.
Sarah also advises Employers on day to day employment queries and drafts contracts of employment, settlement agreements and policies and procedures.
Sarah also has experience in breach of contract claims and injunctions and claims for breach of restrictive covenants brought through County Courts.
