Samuel joined us in August 2019 having previously practiced as a solicitor at a niche employment law practice in Guildford. He has extensive experience in advising both employees and employers on the full range of employment law matters including:
- Employment Tribunal claims i.e. unfair dismissal claims and discrimination claims under the Equality Act 2010;
- Negotiating exits and settlement agreements;
- Providing advice to Employers on disciplinary procedures and other HR matters; and
- Reviewing and drafting of employment documents including employment contracts and handbooks, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements.
Samuel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of work Samuel enjoys travelling to locations such as the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. Samuel also enjoys exercising and keeping active including going to the gym and cycling.
