Farideh Moallemi
Farideh was called to the bar in 2009 before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2014. She has over 11 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
Farideh has acted on behalf of clients in the Employment Tribunal as well as in County Courts. She has a special interest in contentious employment matters and has managed to secure numerous high value financial settlements for her clients.
Farideh frequently advises employers on non-contentious matters such as contracts of employment and staff handbooks, as well as dealing with internal grievance complaints, negotiating exit agreements and advising on disciplinary procedures and dismissals.
She has enjoyed great success in claims for disability, race and sex discrimination as well as unfair dismissals, unlawful deduction of wages and high value breach of contract claims.
Farideh’s background in science and engineering means she has a particular interest in employment law issues arising in this sector.
