David is the founder and managing partner of Employment Law Solicitors. Throughout his legal career, he has specialised in employment law and only employment law. David has a large base of employer clients ranging from small owner managed firms to large plcs. He also provides advice to executives and individuals on the full range of employment law issues including exit agreements or settlement agreements.
David has gained the attention of the national press on more than one occasion when providing advice in relation to litigation and he regularly acts for Claimants and Defendants in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court. David advises on the full range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract including bonus disputes, all types of discrimination and whistleblowing.
